Ladysmith Black Mambazo is a South African Isicathamiya music group. The group was led by the late legendary South African musician, Joseph Shabalala, for 54 years. During that period Ladysmith Black Mambazo enjoyed immense success winning four Grammy Awards and earning a further fourteen nominations. Today Ladysmith Black Mambazo is led by Joseph Shabalala's son, Thamsanqa Shabalala; as it was in the early, the Shabalala's feature prominently in the group.
