Cicely Tyson (9 December 1924 - 28 January 2021) was an American actress an fashion model whose career spanned over 70 years. Over the course of her career she won three Primetime Emmy Awards, four Black Reel Awards, one Screen Actors Guild Award, one Tony Award, a Peabody Awardan and honorary Academy Award.
