Kimberly Noel Kardashian, born on October 21, 1980, in Los Angeles, California, is an American television personality, entrepreneur, and socialite[1,3,7]. She first gained media attention as a friend and stylist of Paris Hilton but rose to international fame due to her personal life, much of which was chronicled on the popular reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians (2007-2021)[1,3]. Kim also received widespread notice after the release of her sex tape, Kim Kardashian, Superstar, filmed in 2003 with her then-boyfriend Ray J[3].
Kim Kardashian was born to Kris Jenner (née Kristen Mary Houghton) and attorney Robert Kardashian[4,5]. Her father was of Armenian descent, while her mother is of mostly English and Scots-Irish ancestry[4]. Kim has three siblings: Kourtney, Khloé, and Rob.
