Bonang Dorothy Matheba, born on June 25, 1987, is a South African award-winning television presenter, radio personality, actress, and social media personality[1]. She was born in Mahikeng, North West, South Africa, and is affectionately known as Queen B by her fans[2, 11]. Bonang is renowned for her flamboyant presenting skills and her signature voice[6].
Bonang Matheba’s career began when she was a teenager, attending kids’ shows on South Africa Broadcasting Corporation and elsewhere. One of her notable early appearances was in the 2002 Manhattan Fantasy Challenge on SABC 2[4]. She gained fame when she started hosting the Live Amp show on the SABC 1 channel and her work on the popular radio show The Front Row[5].
