Zukisa Matola (born 14 January 1978) is a South African actress, dancer and singer best known for her lead roles in the SABC 1 drama series Tsha Tsha (2004-2006) alongside Siphiwe Mtshali, Sisanda Henna, Brenda Ngxoli, Zolani Mahola and Zolisa Xaluva. In 2006 she starred on the SABC 1 youth drama series Tshisa as Ayanda Ncebe, alongside Bongani Masondo, Innocent Masuku, Enhle Mbali Mlotshwa, Melusi Yeni and Thandy Matlaila. She has also appeared in a number of television commercials for clients such as e.tv, Castle Lager, FNB, Esprit, Sunsilk and Discovery Card.

Zukisa Matola has had roles on Generations, Scandal, Mzee Wa Two Six, Home Affairs, Imposter, Isithembiso, Ring of Lies, Saints and Sinners, Shreds and Dreams, Skeem Saam, Sokhulu & Partners, The Wild, Z'bondiwe and on Mzansi Magic's telenovela The Queen as Nomzamo the wife of Dollar (Simo Magwaza).
