Vusi Kunene is a South African actor who has appeared in a number of television shows and films; he is most notable for his roles as Jack Mabaso on Generations: The Legacy, Jefferson Sibeko on Isidingo and Bhekifa Ngubane on IsiBaya. He has also featured on television dramas such as Jacob's Cross, Soul City, aYeYe, The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency and The Lab.

Vusi Kunene has collaborated with South African film directors Darrell Roodt and Gavin Hood on numerous occasions appearing on films such as Cry, the Beloved Country, A Reasonable Man, The King Is Alive, Witness to a Kill, Promised Land and Final Solution, Paradise Stop, Elelwani, Eye in the Sky and A United Kingdom.
