Talitha Ndima (born 10 April 1983) is a South African actress and presenter best known for her starring as Palesa on SABC 1 drama series Sticks and Stones alongside Treasure Tshabalala, Moliehi Makobane, Linda Sebezo, Welile Nzuza and Tango Ncetezo. In 2009 she starred in the Afrikaans drama series Erfsondes (Sins of our Fathers) as Constable Thandeka Moloi, alongside Emmanuel Castis, Jana Strydom, Catriona Andrew, Anthony Fridjhon, Terry Norton, Mortimer Williams, Denise Newman, Royston Stoffels, Sello Sebotsane and Dirk Stoltz.

Talitha Ndima has had roles on Ambitions, FONT, Igazi, IsiBaya, Generations, It's for Life, Society, Sokhulu &Partners, Swartwater, Ring of Lies, Umlilo, Zabalaza and Winnie Mandela film alongside Jennifer Hudson, Terrence Howard, Leleti Khumalo, Hlomla Dandala, Zinhle Mabena and Aubrey Poo. In 2018 she hosted the 1Magic docu-reality series Marry Me Now SA, in which women plan an entire wedding with the help of friends and relatives before 'ambushing' their partners with proposals.
