Mary-Anne Barlow (born 21 November 1973) is a Zimbabwean - born South African actress. She is best known for her portrayal of Coreen Edwards on Egoli: Place of Gold from 1997-2003. She went on to star on the British series, Wild at Heart, alongside Thapelo Mokoena, Fana Mokoena, Nomsa Xaba and Atandwa Kani. Mary-Anne Barlow starred as Dr Beth Macnamara on SABC 3 soap opera Isidingo, alongside Maurice Paige, Kim Engelbrecht, Don Mlangeni Nawa, Robert Whitehead and Linda Sokhulu.

Mary-Anne Barlow has had roles on shows such as Binnelanders, Black Sails, Ihawu, Jacob's Cross, Roer Jou Voete, Is'thunzi,Cape Town, Roer Jou Voete, Shado's, Snitch,Taryn & Sharon, The Philanthropist, Thula's Vine and in a Gray Hofmeyr movie Mama Jack, with Leon Schuster.
