Marah Louw (born 17 July 1957) is a South African actress, television personality and musician. A longstanding performer with an enduring career, she has graced stages in countless countries across the world, most notably at the Mandela Concert at London's Wembley Stadium. Marah Louw appeared alongside former South African Nelson Mandela during his visit to Glasgow in 1993 and sang at George Square and The Royal Concert Hall. In the 2000s she rose to further fame as the judge on Idols SA alongside Gareth Cliff, ProVerb, Liezel van der Westhuizen and Randall Abrahams. Marah Louw on the SABC 1 drama series Tempy Pushas alongside Sdumo Mtshali, Pallance Dladla, Tumie Ngumla, Khulu Skenjana and Camilla Waldman. Between 2016 and 2018 she starred on Mzansi Magic's The Queen until her much publicised departure.
