Kope Makgae (born 7 November 1985) is a South African actor, and rapper is best known for his portrayal of Mrekza on SABC 1's soap opera Generations: The Legacy, and as Lungile on OLX television commercials. Kope began his acting career on SABC 1's drama series Zone 14 in a cameo role as an electrician. In 2012 he was cast as Gunsten 'Gus' Moloi on Mzansi Magic's telenovela iNkaba he acted alongside Baby Cele, Ferry Jele, Tango Ncetezo, John Kani, Zola, Sthembiso Khoza and Gontse Ntshegang.

Kope has had roles on shows such as Rhythm City, eKasi: Our Stories, Fundis, Mzansi Love (Big City Love), Ashes to Ashes and on SABC 3's soap opera Isidingo as Thapelo he acted alongside Arno Marais, Motlatsi Mafatshe, Pearl Thusi, Leslie Fong and Darlington Michaels.
