Hlubi Mboya (born 2 March 1978) is a South African actress, activist and businesswoman best known for his portrayal of Nandipha Sithole on the SABC 3 soapie Isidingo alongside Tshepo Maseko, Don Mlangeni Nawa, Keketso Semoko, Lesego Motsepe, Mpho Joseph Molepo, Emmanuel Castis and Jamie Bartlett. In 2012 she was as Nzinga on M-Net's drama series Jacob's Cross alongside Hlomla Dandala, Xolile Tshabalala, Mmabatho Montsho and Jet Novuka.

Hlubi Mboya has also starred in shows such as It's Complicated, Mfolozi Street, Rhythm City and on SABC 3's drama series The Docket as Captain Ntsiki Motshe alongside Seputla Sebogodi, Brandon Engelbrecht, Duncan Johnson and Ashish Gangapersad.

Hlubi Mboya's film credits include Hector and the Search for Happiness, Dora's Peace and I Am All Girls alongside Masasa Mbangeni, Mothusi Magano, Israel Makoe, Mampho Brescia and Nomvelo Makhanya
