Vinolia Mashego, also known as V-Mash (16 April 1963-06 April 2020) was a South African actress and television presenter. She starred on Generations as Hilda Letlalo when that show was still in its infancy. Vinolia Mashego gained further fame as the host of the SABC 1 variety show, Jam Alley. Widely consider among the original it-girls of South Africa; she fell from grace, this was evident when she featured on the episode of I Had It All. Vinolia Mashego died of natural causes in her sleep on 06 April 2020 the 11th day of the government mandated lock down owing to the COVID-19 outbreak.
