Muzi Mthabela (born 02 April 1977) is a South African actor, editor and former model best known for his role as Duma on Mzansi Magic's telenovela Isibaya. He was also the editor of the SABC1 drama series Bone of My Bones. Other shows he has worked as an editor on include Zola 7, Zone 14, Jacob's Cross, Gaz'lam,Tempy Pushas and Mina Nawe.

Early Life

Muzi KaChibi Mthabela was born on April 02, 1977 at Eshowe in KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. He grew up at Clermont and Mandeni in KwaZulu-Natal, he matriculated at Zwelibanzi High School in Umlazi township. He studied video technology at Technikon Natal.


Muzi moved to Johannesburg in 1999 to pursue a career in entertainment. His first editing job was Zola 7 season 1 in 2002
