Muzi Mthabela (born 02 April 1977) is a South African actor, editor and former model best known for his role as Duma on Mzansi Magic's telenovela Isibaya. He was also the editor on the SABC 1 drama series Bone of My Bones. In 2008 he was cast in guest role on M-Net's drama series. In 2013 he was cast on SABC 1's drama series Tempy Pushas as Executor he acted alongside Tumie Ngumla, Akhumzi Jezile, Sdumo Mtshali, Pallance Dladla, Khulu Skenjana and Marah Louw.

He has had roles on Loxion Lyric, Harvest, Dream World, Ashes to Ashes, Isidingo, Loxion Lyric, Ring of Lies, Saints and Sinners, Sokhulu & Partners, The Road and Cishe Ngafa as a voice - over artist.

Early Life

Muzi KaChibi Mthabela was born on April 02, 1977 at Eshowe in KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. He grew up at Clermont and Mandeni in KwaZulu-Natal, he matriculated at Zwelibanzi High School in Umlazi township. He studied video technology at Technikon Natal.

Career

Muzi moved to Johannesburg in 1999 to pursue a career in entertainment. His first editing job was Zola 7 season 1 in 2002. Muzi as an editor he has worked on shows such as Zone 14, Jacob's Cross, City Ses'la, Skwizas, Gaz'lam, Usindiso, Tempy Pushas, Rolling with Zola, Rolling with Kelly and Mina Nawe.
