Dieketseng Mnisi is a South African actress best known for her supporting role as the pastor's wife Masechaba Moletsane on the SABC 2 sitcom Stokvel, from 2007-2012. She replaced the late Limakatso Manotwane in the role from the 5th season, and her starring role on SABC 1's soap opera Skeem Saam as MaNtuli she stars alongside Eric Macheru, Harriet Manamela, Africa Tsoai, Cornet Mamabolo, Clement Maosa, Mogau Motlhatswi and Macks Papo.

In 2001 she was cast on SABC 1's drama series Yizo Yizo season 2 in a guest starring role as Mrs Mokoena she acted alongside Thembi Seete, Israel Makoe, Mbali Ntuli, James Ngcobo and Zola. She has had roles on productions such as InterSEXions, Rhythm City, eKasi: Our Stories, Soul Buddyz and Zone 14 she acted alongside Mpho Molepo, Patrick Mofokeng, Nandi Nyembe, Kere Nyawo, Connie Chiume, Andile Mxakaza and Masoja Msiza.
